We were contacted by our client regarding single-storey side extension piling in Salford. Firstly, our expert engineers arranged to visit site to discuss the works with the client. After conducting a site survey, we agreed that a piling scheme would best suit this project. We therefore confirmed a price for the piling project and booked the works in for the following week.

Once on site, we began by installing our piling scheme as per our structural engineers design. It includes steel cased top driven piles and beams. Once fully installed, we arranged for a private building inspector to visit the site, assess the works and approve the works so that we could begin concreting. All went well, therefore we were able to start the concreting works the following morning.

Overall, it took a total of seven working days to complete the extension piling in Salford. Our client is happy with the high standard and efficiency of our work and the minimal disruption caused to her house extension project. On completion, we provided the client with a copy of the structural engineers piling scheme and our piling log detailing the depths of each pile.
